1. hey j. just had a go at this for the first time. fine work as always! regarding the Ebdim chord, had you considered xx4545? would technically make it an F#dim7.
the A chord could be major instead of minor, though i’m not sure.

hope you’re well.

2. Yeah, Glenn is right the Ebdim just doesn’t sound quite right. The C is definitely a C if you listen to the instrumental version, that’s correct.

But whatever he’s playing during that Eb I can’t figure out for the life of me.

3. Nice work man.
Just one thing…. the Ebdim doesn’t sound quite right to me.
Perhaps it is right, and its just that the other guitar that is overdubbed for the line “selling people shade” is more prominent.
I’ve been trying to work out a chord that works for that part, and trying to incorporate a lick that follows that line in the song without any luck so far.
Thoughts?

4. Also, have you heard the instrumental version (called “Tiny Time Machine”)? Without the lyrics you can hear the C pretty clearly I think.

5. Nah, I think the C is right. I’m pretty sure I hear the C to C#dim to C repetition. But I’m sure you have better ears than me.
